Issue running social audit for IG account

I am trying to run the a social audit for my IG account, @exceptionalalien to gather insights.

Screenshot from widget will be added here and am getting an error message.

Expectation- Run social audit on IG account to generate Sparked score and recommendations

Parameters- Cleared cache, logged out of accounts, re started onboarding process and logged back in.
